What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. You pay when you receive your order. We plan to add digital payment options like JazzCash and Easypaisa soon.
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your delivery details and confirm your order. You'll receive a confirmation with your order number.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can request order modifications or cancellation by contacting us via WhatsApp at 0349 878 3390 within 2 hours of placing your order. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
How will I know my order is confirmed?
After placing your order, you'll be redirected to a confirmation page with your order number. You can also reach out to us on WhatsApp to confirm your order status.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days across Pakistan. Major cities like Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad may receive orders faster (2-3 days).
Do you deliver to my city?
Yes! We deliver to all cities and towns across Pakistan. From Karachi to Gilgit, we've got you covered.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping is FREE on all orders above Rs. 1,500. For orders below Rs. 1,500, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 200 applies.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you can contact us on WhatsApp with your order number to get tracking information.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase or received a damaged/wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
How do I return a product?
Contact us on WhatsApp at 0349 878 3390 with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the return process.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. For COD orders, refunds are made via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash.
Can I exchange a product?
Yes, exchanges are possible within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

Contact us immediately with photos of the damaged product. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
