• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Shipping is free on orders above Rs. 1,500
• A flat shipping fee of Rs. 200 applies to orders below Rs. 1,500
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery

7. Returns and Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items
• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving returned items
