How to Return an Item

Contact Us

WhatsApp us at 0349 878 3390 within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Include photos if the item is damaged.

Get Approval

Our team will review your request and approve the return within 24 hours. We'll provide instructions for returning the item.

Ship the Item

Pack the item securely in its original packaging. For damaged/wrong items, we'll arrange a free pickup. Otherwise, you may need to ship it back.

Get Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash.

Important Note

Please inspect your package at the time of delivery. If the package is damaged or tampered with, you may refuse to accept it. Take photos/videos while opening the package as proof in case of any issues.
